5. That Your Excellency approves of the arrangement

for interchange of buildings between the two services

incicated in the enclosed plan anu is prepared to

facilitate it by effecting the resumption by the

Government of the Lots 20,21 and 73B, as shewn in the

plan and in such other way as may be necessary.

As Your Excellency will doubtless

communicate to the Secretary of the State for the Colonies

the result which has so far been arrived at in respect

of this somewhat intricate question I shall be glan,pefore

making the report to the Secretary of State for War,
